VP Communications' president, Vickie Pleus, is expanding her agency's mission in 2018.
"Lampstand Media," a project of VP Communications, will focus on inspirational writing, graphics and social media messaging to bring hope to the world. The project's mission is to bring a new voice to spirituality and scripture journaling that will help others deepen their faith and remember how much they are loved.
"I'm excited to begin this new project; I consider it an important part of the legacy I want to leave to my family and friends, and really, whoever needs to feel the light of love and hope," said Pleus. "The name of the project is based on scripture, and its repeated references to the Lord as "light."
This light that lives inside us...I feel compelled to share it with others. Scripture reads that we are not to "light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house." (Matt 5:15). That's my intention for this project.
Pleus currently is penning her first book, "Read. Pray. Live.," and anticipates self-publishing in spring 2019. The book will be comprised of 365 days of scripture journaling, with guidance from the Saints.
